Tenant looking for room in Valby! We are 2 girlfriends looking for a tenant for an unfurnished room in Valby (Rubinolavej), near Vigerslev Allé st. We will take over the apartment on 01-04. Your room is 7.5 sqm and has a built-in closet. You share kitchen area, balcony and bathroom with us. Who are we? We are Anna and Johanne, both of 24, who studied together a couple of years ago. Anna works as a waitress and starts a study this summer, and Johanne is studying journalism at RUC. Our interests range widely, from knitting and reading books to drinking a lot of beers on Friday nights. In addition, we are always ready for a heated political discussion, a section of a bad reality show or a battle of bezzer wizards. We imagine that you are pretty much the same place in life as us and also think that it could be nice with communal eating, home theater and a cup of coffee every now and then. The rental period is unlimited and your rent is DKK 4699 incl. On account water and heating. We do not know the price of electricity and the internet yet.
