Tenants are searched for a room in a master bedroom near the lakes in Nørrebro
We are a friend who has been lucky enough to take over a large light master bedroom of 151 m2 located on Nørrebrogade across from Elmegade. The apartment is 2 minutes walking distance from Queen Louise Bridge and amidst the vibrant city life. It is a 6 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. There are two toilets in the apartment, one of which is a bathroom with shower, tub and washing machine. In addition, there is a cozy kitchen with dishwasher and a large spacious living room. We have lived in the apartment for 1.5 years, and we are now looking for two new roommates per. 1st of January. We therefore rent two rooms on 11 m2 and 13 m2 respectively. We have attached the picture of the one room that is rented out, but since the other is under reconstruction, it can unfortunately only be shown with picture after December. To a possible Conversation, however, will allow you to see how the room will look. We are looking for a cute and responsible tenant (to a great surprise). You decide, of course, what you do in your own room, but we appreciate that the common areas are kept tidy and tidy. We prefer that you are students and ages 20-25 years. Gender is subordinate. The rent is unlimited and we therefore look forward to your plans to stay for some time. We wish that you want to involve yourself in the apartment, cozy and in your roommates. At the same time there must also be room for a closed door and privacy. Who are we? You will be staying with Magnus at 21 years studying HA Almen on the 5th semester. He works in Nykredit and runs in his spare time. In addition, you will be living with Marie who is 21 years old and studies HA Psychology 3rd semester at Copenhagen Business School. She is originally from Hobro, North Jutland. The practical One lease is about 11 m2 (room 3) and the other is 13 m2 (room 4). The rent is DKK 5800 incl. water, heat, electricity and internet. The living room and other common rooms are of course free of charge. Deposit amounts to 15,000 SEK + 3 months prepaid rent. Relocation is January 1st.
