Dear homeowners, We are a couple couple looking for a cute tenant for a room in our 3 bedroom apartment at Amager. The room we rent out is 12 m2 and is furnished with one and a half-man bed, cupboard, sideboard, ceiling lamp and window shade. All furniture except the closet you can freely choose to replace with your own furniture if you want! The rent is incl. Water, heating, internet and free laundry. We will be divided about kitchen, shower / toilet and hallway, but tenants must agree that there is no common room in the lease :) As a starting point we want to rent the room for 3 months, but there will possibly be. be possible for extension. The rental period will then be from March 2, 2019 to May 31, 2019. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the area, of which Fakta and Netto are right outside the door. In addition, there is a small local gym on the other side of the road, and you will be only 4 minutes walk from Kastrup Metro and only 12 minutes. from there to the center. What can you expect from us? ... :) You will live with Emil for 25 years and Laura for 33 years. We both appreciate a certain cleanliness in our home, and therefore you will not find that, for example, washing dishes on the kitchen table and clutter in the common areas. We consider ourselves to be friendly and welcoming people, but we both have a busy day of study, which means that we leave a lot behind a closed door in the living room when we are finally home. In other words, we do not want to be the right match for a tenant who wants a social relationship and a lot of common coziness :) What do we expect from tenants? ... :) We expect that you, like us, are interested in keep the common areas clean and clean, and contribute to the small things, such as emptying the trash and swinging the vacuum cleaner once in a while;) Best regards Emil & Laura
