Rents are being sought for 16 sqm on Gammel Kongevej
Dear Housing Applicant, We are looking for a new roomie who wants to rent a room in our beautiful apartment on Old Kongevej. We usually live here three in a community, but since I'm going to exchange in Australia, and our third roomie, August, is going to college after her bachelor's, we're now missing a new tenant. One is already found :) We sublet the room for an unlimited period. The room is a nice bright room of 16 square meters with a monthly rent of DKK 5000 including water, heating and internet. Here the rental period is unlimited with occupancy on 15/1, 2020. The apartment has a total size of 150 square meters, where you have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom on equal footing. In addition, you will be living with Thea at 22 as a knitter, playing piano and in full swing with her last sabbatical as an employee of MENY. I am in the process of graduating with my masters in medicine and technology at DTU and moving back into the apartment after completing the exchange stay. In the meantime, a sweet architecture student will be staying in my room from 1/2 to 30/6 2020. We are looking for a roomie who is open and welcoming, but most of all likes to stay with others and share everyday life with other young people. We really appreciate being a part of each other's everyday life and the most important thing for us is that everyone feels comfortable and enjoy living here.
