Tenant is being sought
I'm looking for a tenant for a room in my 3 bedroom apartment in Brøndbyøster, just off Rødovre st. Close to transport and easy access to Kbh. The rent is at 3,800kr here is everything with electricity and license etc. The rent must be paid the day before d 1 a month. Deposit is 7,600 so in total, 11,400 will be paid on moving in. The rental period is unlimited. I have just written a number under the size of the room, do not know how to measure and figure it out ?? A little about me: I'm very quiet and rarely rarely visit more than one guest. I have two animals, a dog and a cat, really want to find a bearer who has had a dog in his life and misses one who wants to help with walks :) love food, enjoy movies, play board games, be in nature, in addition, I go to gospel :) I'm looking for a non smoker :) Unfortunately, too, can smell it from the clothes even if you smoke outside and can not cope with the smell ..
