Leaves a nice bright room
Hello, I rent a room in my 3v apartment in NV. The room is nice, bright and with plenty of space for bed, table, clothes and a small sofa. I am a student myself and have a year again, I appreciate cleanliness (though not fanatic), good mood and some form of stability during my otherwise busy weekend. Basically, it's only the one room I rent out, but I do not say goodbye to food, vino or movies every now and then. Practical info: The room costs 3500 in the month, it is incl. License, water and heating (if you do not take long-term baths). In addition, we share electricity and internet. There is no possibility of washing in the apartment or the hallway, but there are laundries close by. Prepaid rent and deposit are each 3500, there are two months termination by tenants and one month termination by the landlord. I hope it has been of interest to you Regards Sif
