Renting a room
Hello. The apartment is on Frederiksbrygge near Sydhavn. It is a 4 bedroom and you will live with me and one called Samia. The price for the room is DKK 5000, - There will be expenses such as internet / broadband and miscellaneous every three months. There will be a deposit of 10,000, - to be paid by 1 May 2018. If you have a car, parking is almost just outside the front. It should be noted that it costs 500 kr per month for p-license. We will have to share the toilet, kitchen and living room together - We buy a washing machine for the bathroom, which is free use of. - Of course, there will be free use of our kitchen equipment, but we expect you to smoke yourself and take the dishes when you have made food. We are looking for a healthy guy / girl to live with. As a person, you may want to be social and welcoming - We expect you to go to cleaning and have great respect to treat the apartment nicely.
