Hello :-) We are two guys of 27 and 25 years old, we are looking for a roomie for our last room. A little about us. We go a long way together and make things together, such as movie nights, food shelters and drinks in our upcoming garden, but we also accept when we want to be alone and have closed our door so we are looking for a roomie ready for it , however, we accept that one will also be alone. The townhouse is located in Sabro, which is located in Aarhus municipality. The property is 124 m² and with carport / utility room of 26 m², and approx. 6 m² of solar cells on the roof of the houses, which are connected to the house's electricity meter. Here you will live in a lovely area of Sabro with only 5 minutes drive to E45 and easy access to Tilst and the rest of Aarhus. Langfredparken is a new quiet neighborhood, which is situated in the extension of a cozy well-developed area, overlooking the beautiful nature surrounding Sabro. From the building there is a short distance to the school and sports facilities, as well as the Super Brugsen and Rema1000 are no more than a walk away. The city has a good infrastructure with good rail systems and therefore easy access to the many local activities. The rent per person is approx. 4133, - There is NO deposit and / or deposit, only your rent. Moving day is D. 20 / 12-18 In the room rented there is a closet where clothes can be hung.
