Hey roomie I live in a three-room apartment near amagerbrogade - 3 km from Kongens Nytorv (center). It is a condo on the ground floor in a large brick building, which has a locked courtyard with relatively large pasture. Very cool in the summer. The apartment itself is 64 m2. As I have recently graduated and housing prices in sf is retarded, I have decided to rent two of the three rooms out while I live in the past. It means you're going to stay with my good friend Martin (28) and myself (26). The room is square 2 meters x 3.5 meters. There is a window on the end of the room. It is not so big, but there may be a bed, a desk and a closet - not the astronomical sizes. The apartment has a kitchen that we share all three with all the usual appliances including dishwasher and microwave. We also share a bathroom. Note that there is a separate shower! No more bathing while sitting on the barrel, which can be in Copenhagen K! Owner Association has washing facilities both in the form of washers, dryers, drying, Rullerum etc. It can be used via a chip, as all three have access to. You are allowed to use my utensils including pans / alleys, cutlery, glasses, dishes, tupperware, cutting board, toaster etc. They do however clean up after themselves! The same applies to virtually every other common husgenstande (vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, iron, etc.). Both Martin I have full-time jobs, so if you are a student, there will be complete peace at least until 16 weekdays. Since we are 18 years longer, we are both very quiet both at night and on weekends. Martin works in advertising, and I'm paralegal - but we do not think we're boring. PRICE is not predetermined, because I do not really have any idea about the level of Amager. There must be paid 3 months. Deposit and notice period are current month + 1 month. common practice.
