Available room in community center on Klostergade
Hello everyone We get a free room in our community on Klostergade per. 1/12 and therefore looking for a new one who will come and live with us. The room is 10 sqm, bright and bright, has high ceilings and a window overlooking the Latin Quarter. The price is 4500 kr (before housing support) and incl. water / heat, electricity and free washing on the sink. Deposit is one month's prepaid rent. In addition, we pay a small amount for internet and shared expenses. The room is part of a large charming master bedroom, located in the heart of the Latin Quarter close to most. Both shops, bus, uni, café and bar within walking distance. We have a lovely living room and kitchen, a soaking tub in the bathroom and a rooftop terrace with barbecue and a deadly view. You will be living with Frida at 29, who has just arrived from Norway and who is daily on her PhD in Psychology and Penille of 24, who is studying at the journalist school. Everything is very informal in our small community, but we are in common about cleaning as well as other things that make the apartment a nice place to live. We are both calm and quiet, sweet and weird. Sometimes we have high ambitions - sometimes we have many hangover men. And we think it's as nice to hang out together, as for ourselves. There is spaciousness and high ceilings - no fixed rules, but it is important for us to be able to talk openly about things so everyone thinks it's a great place to live.
