Hello out there, I'm lucky to get a finger in a delicious 4-room apartment in the brand new and central Margrethe square. 1/7, where I move with my good friend, Caroline. Now we just stand and lack a 3rd man to the last room. We are basically looking for one that is: - Students / future students - 20-25 years - Male (Are you female, you're still welcome to throw a message :)) A little about us: We are two sweet and healthy girls on Soon 20 and 22, both enjoying a quiet day at home, but also a bit wilder of the kind, which mostly ends in a little too much alcohol. Caroline is looking for education starting this summer, and Pernita starting in winter 2019. A little practical: The apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of 3 rooms, kitchen / dining room, bathroom / toilet and balcony. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment - not quite bad if I have to say that myself! The room measures 9.3 sqm, with a built-in closet, and large window facing the courtyard. (The room in the lower right corner of the floor plan.) You will have access to shared kitchen / dining room, bathroom / toilet and balcony. The rent will be DKK 4,217 per person. month. Water, heat, electricity etc. will come upstairs. Prior to moving in, a deposit equal to 3 x rent + one month's prepaid rent is payable. Total $ 16,868. Does this sound like something for you?
