Monthly rent: DKK 4000 (incl. Heat, electricity, broadband and internet and after housing support) Ifbm. I will now move back to Norway for a practical stay and master writing, and my cozy room on the 5th floor at Vesterbro will therefore be vacant. The room is large and bright. Rosette and stucco on the ceiling. Ample space for what you want from bed, desk, closet, etc. Otherwise, the apartment is spacious with relatively newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom (+ all appliances, combination cabinets and stove) and a common living room with sofa corner and dining table. The apartment is originally not a condo as it only formally has one bedroom. The room that has been rented out has previously been used as a second living room, but we have fixed this with curtains over the sliding doors that separate the room from the dining room. This works very well and you get the feeling of a normally separate bedroom with privacy. The apartment is shared with my Norwegian girlfriend, Lina, who rents the apartment. You will thus enter into a contract with her where you stand as the lessor of a room in her lease. Lina is 25 years from the Oslo area and takes her master's degree in psychology at AAU. She is neat, social and a dedicated student with a positive infectious energy. We want a tenant who can match these qualifications :-) Takeover will ideally be from 01.01.20, but here we can be somewhat flexible. The contract will be signed with a duration of approx. a semester (or 8 months), but with the possibility of extension. It will also be possible to take over the room completely or quite furnished.
