The apartment is a lovely 3-room from 2018 with a living area of 83m2 on the 3rd floor. The apartment is in the heart of Aarhus close to Den Gamle By, railway station, Aros, City Museum, Musikhuset, Godsbanen, VIA University College and approx. 10 minute bike ride to Aarhus University. The apartment consists of a common area with kitchen / dining area, a nice bathroom and two rooms. In addition, from the kitchen / dining area there is access to a nice balcony. In the apartment there is fridge / freezer, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and as well as dryer! There is access to bicycle parking and basement. Your room is about 10m2 with a fixed cupboard. A little about me: I'm 23 years old and studying for a social worker. I am a sweet, accommodating, helpful and calm girl. I spend a lot of time on my study. In addition to my studies, much of my time goes on training, as well as singing and playing the piano. I am looking for a roomie who will take care of the apartment's furnishings and will help keep the common area clean and tidy so that it is nice to be. One who is welcomed, honest and fresh on good talk, and respectful of a closed door.
