The apartment has its own dishwasher, washer and dryer. The room you get is about 14 sqm, so there is room for it all. The apartment comes with your own parking space, and there is a large communal terrace and a storage room in the basement. The apartment is close to VIA in Aarhus N, the journalism college, DR and the Skejby center. In addition, the light rail goes right outside, so it takes 10 minutes with it into the city. The University and Aarhus BSS are within bicycle reach. The rent is 4515, - and is exclusive of electricity, water, heating and internet. There will be a deposit of 12,000 and then first month rent. A person who is sweet, considerate and willing to help with cleaning is preferred. If you appreciate drinking a beer and having fun, this is a huge plus.
