You will of course get your own room of 11m2 furnished or unfurnished as you wish - but at the same time have full access to all the rest of the apartment's facilities. This is a cool, modern, minimalist style apartment (see pictures). Bathroom and dining kitchen are refurbished in top designer quality that is required for the interior decoration, and there is plenty of room for eg. to invite guests to dine or have fun in front of the flat screen TV! in the large corner room. Which, by the way, you can use everything you want, as I mostly stay out in the dining kitchen when I'm home. Your guests are in general extremely welcome as long as you clean up after you / you afterwards! I am a middle aged man with a tolerant, youthful mind who likes to talk, travel and meet new people. Therefore, I would prefer a roommate with an open, positive mind who likes good conversation and will be part of a common flow in everyday life. Although, of course, there should also be room to look after themselves in their own private room, when you / I now feel like that Age or gender is not what matters to me. It is more important that we match each other's temperament and that you respect that I would like to keep the accommodation clean and tidy on a daily basis. Naturally, you will get your own 10 m2 room furnished or unfurnished, if you wish but at the same time you can use all the other facilities of the apartment. It is a cool, modern, minimalist styled apartment (check the photos). Usually I will be hanging out in the kitchen myself when Im at home. Your own guests are welcome, by the way, provided you clean up after them!
