Lovely room in large apartment with super views and location
Are you our upcoming roomie? We are two boys of 20 years living on Teglholmen, south harbor, and we are looking for a third roomie. The apartment was built in 2018 and thus there is a new kitchen and toilet which are both mega delicious. Your room is 9 sqm and with a view of the courtyard. The apartment is 104 sqm and is close to i.a. shopping, public transport and bakery / wine bar. It is a large and spacious apartment with 2 balconies, washing column, stove, dishwasher, common storage room, high ceilings and large windows. The apartment is located on Alliancevej on the 5th floor and faces the water, so you have a perfect view from the living room and kitchen. The apartment will be fully furnished, however, your room will be empty so you can freely unfold just as you want. About your upcoming roomies: You'll be staying with Marcus and Oscar, who both love a good community and appreciate spending evenings together, no matter if we're having dinner together or just having a glass of wine. However, we also respect a closed door. We are also not afraid to clean. We both work full time at different jobs, but plan to study after the summer of 2022. Our expectations for you: We are looking for you who is a sweet, social, friendly and welcoming person of between 19 and 24 years who is ready for cozy evenings and two new good friends.
