Lovely room in new building on Ørestad by metro and beautiful nature
I have got my fingers in a super nice and brand new apartment at Ørestad right next to Amager Fælled. The apartment is a 4 bedroom and one of the rooms I rent out. Maybe for you? March or 1st April About the apartment: 81 sqm and completely new build. - Located on the ground floor. - Has two beautiful terraces (one not on the floor plan) - Close to metro station. - Located within walking distance of Fields and Royal Arena. - Amager Fælled just outside the door. - Bathroom with washing column (sink and dryer) - Kitchen has dishwasher and I will probably provide various other kitchen appliances for free use :) - Delicious shared kitchen / dining area that you can use as crazy as you want. - Nice shared backyard with green areas. In the rent you get: - Your nice new room with built-in wardrobe. - Water, heat and electricity. - Internet. - Netflix, HBO Nordic and what we otherwise agree on together in the living room. - Free use of washing machine and dryer. - Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Who am I: My name is Lise, I am 30 years old and work as a graphic artist on nørrebro. I think it is super cozy to live with others, but am happy with privacy and to rest my head when I get home. I am going to have a work room in the other small room, where I will probably stay a lot when I am free. Most nights and some weekends I work, so here you will have the apartment for yourself :) I am originally from East Jutland and have lived in / around Copenhagen for almost 6 years. Who are you? Whether you are male / female, thick / thin, Danish / non-Danish is not that important. As long as you are nice and want to stay for a long time :) - DO NOT smoke in the apartment and this also applies to the terrace. - You are nice and easy to talk to.
