I rent my room in my 67 sqm apartment. The apartment is divided into 3 rooms: 2 rooms (1 of which is yours), toilet, entrance hall, balcony and kitchen / living room. Here is the dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment and it is rented out furnished. The rent is SEK 4500, excl. aconto + electricity, which amounts to DKK 325 If you are a student you will receive full housing support of DKK 506. the rent is down to 4320 kr. The deposit is 5000 SEK. The building is from 2017, and my roomie and I are the first tenants. I sublease from February 1, 2019 to August 1, 2019. Apartment is located in Åbyhøj (Aarhus) on Søren Frich's road, which is 7 minutes from the city center, 10 minutes from Aarhus BSS and 15 minutes from Aarhus University by bike. Net is 50m away and Rema 1000 800m away. In addition, bus 12 runs in front of the Net. The apartment is suitable for two people, which means that you either come to live with someone else, or have the apartment for yourself through the lease, as both my roomie and I have to exchange.
