Nice room in bright and modern apartment
ENGLISH BELOW Since I am not currently. using my room, I'm looking for a tenant. The room is 12.km2 and the apartment is 112km2, located on Vestamager just off the metro. The apartment is a 4 bedroom and you will come to stay with Sandra and Alex who are both studying. There is a common area which consists of the kitchen with dishwasher, hallway and a large living room. In addition, there is a bathroom with a washer and dryer! In addition to all that, there is also a balcony. All this you get for only 4500 kr. month. This includes the account. Power is paid every 3 months, with the three equally divided. I am looking for a tenant as soon as possible and the rent is until August 31, 2020 - with the option of extension (depending on whether I get into my education this summer). The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a bed table. If you have your own furniture this can be removed. The area of the room is 12 m2. The room is in very good condition as is the rest of the apartment. The building is new, and all the common areas are furnished. There is a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher. The total size of the apartment is 112 m2. The water and heat are included in the price of the room. (In case extra during the end of the year we split it into 3) Internet and electricity we split equally between 3 as well, every 3rd month. Alex: I am 21 and I study Engineering at DTU. I love brewing coffee, music and interesting conversations. Sandra: I am 22 and I study theology at the University of Copenhagen. I love a good book, music and cook.
