I rent a room in a super delicious and brand new apartment in the bell quarter! About the apartment: - 3 bedroom apartment of 70 sqm and completely new built you will be the first to live in the room! - The apartment has dishwasher, washing machine and dryer - Close to Bella Center metro station (300-400 meters, 2-3 min walk). - Close to Ørestad st. (regional train, metro and bus) - Rema1000 is just across the road - Walking distance to Fields (700 meters, 6-7 mins walk). - Amager Fælled just outside the door. - Lovely common backyard with green areas and roof terrace on the roof where you can grill. In the rent you get: - Your nice new room - Consumption, ie water, heating and electricity - Internet. All the practical: - The rent is 5500, - kr. month - Occupancy is May 1st.
