Nice room in Ceresbyen
I'm a 19-year-old, who starts at the engineering studio in late August. I have rented an apartment in Ceresbyen and have an extra room that I would like to rent. It's a nice new 3. bedroom apartment in Ceresbyen near Aarhus city, AU and VIA. The rooms are almost equal and the room I rent out has access to the balcony. Otherwise, the apartment is well appointed. The rent is incl. heating, water, electricity, internet, tv. I have applied for housing insurance and this has been taken into account in your rent. You can move in September 1, 2018. Initially, the rental period is 3 months, but if everything works well, the room can be rented until 1 July 2021. The room is for one person only. About you: I would like you to be a student and not a smoker. Smoking is not allowed in the property.
