Hello boligsøende !!! I need someone to share my lovely apartment in Mindegade, only a very short spit from the stream at the European space, with the acquisition already from 1/3. The apartment is a 3 on 78 sqm with a very large and delicious balcony! The room is rented out is about 14-16 sqm. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Advances in the apartment is 450 kroner. In addition come the electricity, internet and television as obviously shared. A little about me: I study right now financial controller and sits in a trainee accountant here in Aarhus, I'm done for the summer and therefore it does not immediately require you to be students. - Besides I work full-time at my internship I work at the cocktail bar Fidel's at the stream and uses virtually every night hours on weekends where I is bar manager. Everything is furnished in addition to the room there is for rent. Something about you !: Much like 21+ Mature and not least cleanliness. Since it is a super nice apartment, it is not quite cheap, so you must of course be in control of your finances!
