Nice big room looking for a new tenant
Hello We are two students aged 25 and 23 who are looking for a roommate (m / k) for our vacant room of approx. 16 sqm. You are also entitled to use our lovely living room, large dining kitchen and bathroom with shower. We would like to find a M / K that is clean and that does not party / drink too much. We like the order and the respect of a closed door, but also want to be part of a community where we enjoy watching a good movie, eating together .... or just having a nice time when we're not buried in the studies. We have some house rules that we clean up after us. Do not leave a kitchen with dishes. Do not leave plates and cutlery in the room to avoid washing up. We have shared cleaning as needed, so it's nice to stay here. Of course, you must find it natural to be a part of this community. We are both social and private. After a month we talk together so that we can address each other. If we can not find a solution, our ways must be separated. So read carefully what we expect, so we should not "bobble" to be separated. We are fine and we will join you; o) Rent DKK 3,250 .- Pre-per. month. A deposit of 7,600, - must be paid when we enter into an agreement. The rent includes heating, water, broadband, small TV package and license. Write to us if you can see yourself as part of this.
