Looking for a large, cozy and furnished room centrally located in Copenhagen, this is just for you! The room is unlimited from October and is located in Amager Strandpark near the water. Quality and rent are connected :) The location is fantastic. The apartment is located right next to the Øresund Metro Station (7 min to Kongens Nytorv) and there are good and cheap shopping nearby. In addition, the area offers nature, cafés, harbor, restaurants, gyms, etc. The property is part of the newly built Amager Strandpark and is therefore less than 5 minutes from the beach! The room is large, freshly painted, bright and spacious. The room is furnished with bed, TV, desk and a huge fitted wardrobe. There is plenty of space for further decor, and the windows give a nice view of the neighborhood's high-rise buildings. In the property there is also locked bicycle shed and a nice yard. The apartment is a living room (108 m2), of which there is a shared kitchen and large balcony. Water, heating, home insurance, license, TV and internet are included in the rent. The apartment is located on Amager Strandpark near the water. The location of the apartment is amazing with only 2 minutes walk to Øresund Metro Station and 7 minutes to Kongens Nytorv. The apartment is located close to cafes, restaurants, gyms (Fitness World and Fitness dk) and different supermarkets. The apartment building is a part of the newly built Amager Beach Park and is therefore located less than 5 minutes from the beach! The room is very bright, spacious and new-painted. It is furnished with a bed, television, a desk and a huge closet to fit all your clothes in. The room also has two windows, which give you a perfect view over the high-rise buildings in the neighborhood. The apartment building also offers underground parking facility, locked bike shed and a nice courtyard. The apartment has three rooms (108 m2) with shared kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Water, heating, electricity, home insurance, TV and internet are included in the rent.
