The apartment is located next to the Royal Arena concert hall and is about 90 sqm large with a small garden, in addition it is newly built in the summer of 2017. We will travel for 2 months and therefore look for someone missing a place and live that can take over during the period while we are gone. The period will range from 1 December to 29 January 2018. The neighborhood is a family-friendly area, with a lot of young families. The area is characterized by nature that meets the big city vibe. Deposit: 16000kr Written agreement on document between the two parties. No possibility of address in the residence as it is only short term rentals. Transport options: West Amager / Ørestad metro is 7min away on go-leg. To Nørreport 14min in the metro. Shopping: Field's is 7 min away on go-leg. Possibility of food, drinks and shopping. We are traveling abroad for 2 months and we are looking for someone / someones who can rent our apartment while we are away. The period is from 1st of December to 29th of January 2018. The neighborhood is a family friendly area with loads of young working-class families. Besides that the area is a vibrant newly built area where nature meets city-life.
