The lease term is immediately a year or two depending on what suits you. Room 3 (see floor plan) is the room available, it is approx. 10 square meters with loft. The room is part of an apartment of 107 square meters, so in addition to your own room you will have access to the apartment's common areas; hallway, kitchen and living room, distribution hall and separate bathroom and toilet. Your room will be unfurnished by moving in, while the common areas are sparsely furnished, so you can also help to accommodate the apartment. A small locked farm with bicycle space is also available for the walk, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and dry room for free use. You will live with Ninna (who is the landlord of the available room) and Aya, both of whom are starting the thieves.
