Nice 2 bedroom apt. In the heart of Amagerbro!
Hello prospective new tenant! I've left my lovely home, to study and work in Iceland +2 years. Why I'm looking for the right candidate to take over the apartment while I'm gone. I live in a nice neighborhood in Amagerbro - with everything your heart desires within short walking distance. The apartment is a total of 78 sqm and shared with a sweet roomie - Simon. My part (the part that you're going to rent) consists of a small bedroom with a comfortable large bed and an armoire. Furthermore borders the living room to the bedroom. Here it is possible to close the doors (interleaved doors). The living room is basically your when you have a small room. But home is preferred as an open home where Simon also used the living room where he pleases and doors to both Simon and the living room is open. The living room has both a television cozy corner and dinner table arrangement. The property will be partially furnished. In addition, share common areas - kitchen, wc, shower and walk with Simon. The rent is incl. EVERYTHING. About me - Kristina: I am 27 years old and studying Nutrition and Health, now with the exchange in Iceland. I will graduate this summer and will therefore be referred back to the apartment in one month time. Here I will dwell in the chamber where the shower is now, but which must be made into a small guest chamber before my return in June. WCet will be installed as a small toilet & bath. I will be staying in Iceland in at least +2 years but will visit in Copenhagen. A few times a year and use the guest chamber. When I'm not visiting both you and Simon welcome to use the chamber to own guests :) I have a friend and good neighbors who help me with decaying practical issues arising in connection with the apartment AND I will always be just a call away if occurs some situations to be A quick fix ... I am open minded and Therefor do not wanna only life next to eachother but also enjoy interacting with my flatmate. But of course, I always respectfull others and need my own privacy from time to time. Some of my interesseforening are cooking, cycling (I have a favor for old racing bikes), sport in general and just do something together with friends. And I also play in a band. Thus, it can happen att I am on tour for two weeks or gone more than a weekend när we have some concerts. But do not worry. You will not get annoyed with me practicing, I promise: D.
