The apartment consists of a large living room, a covered closed balcony, a room, a new renovated bathroom and a spacious kitchen. I expect: - that you have a stable economy. - that you are prepared to live in a dwelling, which means mutual respect. - You are a polite and sweet person, with good humor and easy to smile. - that you are mature, kind and well behaved, which has resulted in good behavior. -that you are tidy and keep both the apartment and your own room clean and tidy. A little about me: I am a sweet, kind and down to earth woman who works in a special institution as a teacher.
