And overlooks a quiet villa neighborhood. 100 meters away, is a cozy park that is ideal for a run or a leisurely stroll. Am calm, social and always showing respect for my roomies. I practice my leisure time in the form of strength training and badminton, besides that I am otherwise a part at home, in addition to the days I meet with friends or family. The rent is on Kr. 4,000, - / m + 2 month deposit payable in advance. The home is approx. 10 / min from Birkerød station on the walk / 5 minutes by bike. Bus 385 and 500 S drive 1 minute walk from the door. Included in the rent: Wireless internet / cable TV Use of washer / dryer. Use of kitchen for cooking. Use of toilet and bath.
