APARTMENT CLOSE TO KUA RENTAL
When I am going to exchange in Holland after the summer holidays, I rent my room in my lovely apartment at Amager from 1 September to 31 January. The apartment is lovely light and there is high ceilings. It is within walking distance to Amager Strand as well as the metro, and the bus 4A, which stops right outside the front door. KUA is 3 km away. The room is about 16 m2 with a nice balcony facing the evening sun. The apartment is shared with a sweet roommate. In addition to the room you will have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as a shared, cozy dining room. There is an attached courtyard for free use. There is both dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. The rent will be DKK 4500.00 a month, incl. water, heat, electricity and internet. Deposit will be 2 month rent and 2 months prepaid rent will be paid.
