Female roomie is looking for a nice apartment in Aarhus
Dear home seekers :) Since my current roomie unfortunately expires, due to study in Copenhagen, I'm missing a new female room from February 15, 2018. The apartment is on Finderupvej, 8000 Aarhus C, and the rent is approx. 4600 kr. Per month without housing support and deposit + prepaid rent is 25.200 kr. It is a two bedroom apartment, it is deluxe and a total of 61 square meters. The apartment was built in 2015 and is therefore very new and modern. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer in the apartment. It will be enabled before moving in, the rent is unlimited and there is the opportunity to take over the apartment if / when I move out. Your room is 9 square meters with a large built-in closet and we share a huge bathroom, kitchen, dining area and balcony. A little bit about me: I am 21 years old and read HA (jur.) In 2nd year at BSS, and I'm planning on taking a candidate here in Aarhus, so it takes a long time before I move out. I work next to the studio, and when I do not, I'm training or being with friends. I am very clean and quiet and I hope to find a roomie that is similar. (I expect you to: - You are a woman - You are about my age - You are a student so we can get housing support - You are economically stable - You are socially organized so we can enjoy ourselves once in a while - You are clean and can clean up after yourself - do not care about your room, just common areas - You're ready to clean thoroughly every other week so we switch to it The last thing is almost the most important thing, since it must be nice and clean, so it's like staying at home.
