When one of our roomies moves in with her boyfriend, we are looking for a new female roomie for our cozy apartment on lovely Fredensgade in Odense C. Is that you? We are 5 (incl. You) who share a small townhouse right next to Professor Labri's square. The house is on 2 levels and contains 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets with shower, large communal kitchen, own laundry room and a cozy little patio. Your room is 15 sqm and is located on the ground floor. You will share the toilet and shower with Mia, who also lives on the ground floor. The rent is 3539 incl. water, heating, electricity and internet. No housing allowance can be applied for for the lease. Occupancy is until 01/05. A little about us: Patrick is 26 years old, works as a gardener and has immigrated from Southern Jutland. When he is not at work, you can most often find Patrick in the kitchen, where he is in the process of creating something delicious. Helene is 25 years old and works at Café Biografen. She is a proud North Jutlander, revealed by her amazing dialect. She is the creative soul of the house, which is seen when she breaks loose in the kitchen or goes to Croquis. Mia is from southern Jutland, 24 years old and studying Medicine at SDU. When she's not sitting with her nose in the books, she can be found for training at iPole. She is a busy and social girl with a taste for beer and spicy food. Aaron is 21 years old, comes from Hungary and speaks English. On a daily basis, he studies International Hospitality Management at UCL. He is a quiet and calm guy who likes a cozy beer every now and then. About you: You are between 21 and 26 years old. You want to be part of a housing community where you get to know each other, but also where the famous closed door is respected. You are responsible, you can figure out how to clean up after yourself and can see yourself being part of a set cleaning plan.
