- LOOKING FOR A ROOMIE - As my housing situation has changed, I am now missing a roomie from D. 15 / 03-22 It is a 3 bedroom apartment of 81 sqm, where we share a large dining kitchen, shower & toilet. - There is laundry, bicycle storage, and free Packing. - The rent is DKK 5,000 all inclusive - When moving in, 1 month's rent and 10,000 in deposit are paid. - The room is 14.2 sqm, entrance to the room is through the kitchen, curtain rod is set up otherwise it is empty. The apartment is well located in relation to shopping and public transport, also the Rødovre center is a stone's throw away, which is a 9 minute walk to Rødovre station. 8km to Nørreport station (central Copenhagen) Looking for a woman and I imagine you are 25-35 years old. You must be: - Responsible and have respect for the apartment and things - Can find out how to clean properly - Social, a friendly relationship between us, where there is also room for a closed door - Open and honest - Man of order - Non- smoker - Not a party monkey - You must be fresh on Common cleaning in our common room About me: I am 33 years old and currently go home after a shoulder operation, so it stands on a lot of rehabilitation (no is not disabled) haha ;-) - I love a balance between being social, but also needing alone time. Would love to cook together, watch movies or talk, have a coffee or a glass of wine - I am easy to smile, love good humor, board games, fun besides that I am a man of order, positive, youthful, energetic, I am also a HUGE sports human.
