Hello home-seeking Sinan and I will take over a brand new 4 bedroom 80 sqm2 apartment in Ceres City, October 15th. In the apartment there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. That's why all you can wish for! On the floor plan, a partition is illustrated in the best way, which constitutes the third room. We are looking for a peer girl (preferably student due to housing support) to take over a room of approx. 9 sqm (middle room). You will pay: * rent of approx. 3900 kr. Incl. consumption (before housing support - we find out the exact rent together) * 3x rent + 1x prepaid rent + rent for 1/2 October total: 16,800 kr * Electricity and internet are also found together You will live together with Sinan and I - we are both sweet and funny guys of 21 years. I'm from Hinnerup, while Sinan is from Silkeborg. We study International Business Communication on the first semester together at Aarhus University.
