The two floors of the apartment have 5 rooms, entrance with access to the bright roof house and a kitchen. The kitchen is HTH's bright and grip-free model VH-7, and all appliances are from Siemens. The bathroom has a rainshower and a sink. The roof terrace is the size of a garden and you can have both barbecue equipment and groups of garden furniture on it. The apartment is newly built and is located in one of Arenakvarterert's best selling areas. The property has a lift, bicycle storage and a party room for rent. If you have a car, it will be able to park in a parking garage near the property. The property is located in Ørestad's Arena district, close to both the green nature of the Kalvebod Community and 10 minutes from Kgs Nytorv by metro. Royal Arena's concerts and sports experiences are within walking distance. So does the area's new ice skating rink. Field's gives you both cinema and 145 stores to shop in. Rent: between 3500 DKK and 5500 DKK per. room (depending on size). Account: 250 per man / 1000 total. The deposit consists of 3 months rent + 1 month prepaid rent.
