If you are considering whether you should take a theology training, but you also would like something more concrete to work with, so it's not just reading books all the time, but also test it out in real life and maybe with some other exciting opportunities than being Folkekirke priest, try 3K program. 3K program stands for the three Cs: Christianity, Culture and Communication and says in short that you have to learn to cope with tasks in communication, education, management and care.

You will be taught in Christian studies, pedagogy, didactics, culture and communication. You also learn how to handle various situations in developing demanding contexts.

Besides what you learn in the classroom, there is also posted three traineeships in the web, so it just becomes a professional program you have when you are done.

In all items the three practice periods nine months.

You can both get to work within the national church, if that's what you want, or you can come to work for a free church or perhaps one of the many church organizations or charities that exist, as Danida, Mission East, MS and the Red Cross.

In your training period you can also work for the same organizations where you can get many different roles through your training. For example, you can help with marketing, which is always a very special size of aid organizations, or you can stand to launch some new projects. Most often, new projects would be free to finance, if you must have the organization's blessing for this.

Otherwise, you can choose to take a more social and cultural sensitivity to the direction in which you help the homeless, prostitutes or lonely.

The important thing is that you have a heart and feel that helping others is something you are passionate about.

When you are finished educated there employment opportunities in church organizations, church, schools and housing associations and other organizations working for and with of Christianity and culture.
