To become a professional soldier in the transfer troops need to go through a training program that includes training in shooting, combat, signals, guarding, patrol service, access control and physical education. Then you need to specialize as a constable in transfer troops, including training on how to operate, create, debug and maintain radio relay stations, stations and communication centers. As a trained constable to lead the troops will have to set up mobile field-related headquarters and establish communication between the different units and ensure that it works. You get to work with modern technologies such as radio and satellite links, etc. You can also get out of having to battle with weapons and having to operate vehicles in tactics.
The training takes place largely outside, and as a constable in guiding the troops will have to expect to be deployed in international missions with 3-4 years between each six-month deployment.
