We are two young women who have got their fingers in the nicest apartment right by Lygten. We want to start a cozy collective in the heart of NV and look for two people who want to shape and contribute to a brand new home. We dream of a community with time for draft beer at Lygtens Kro, Sunday tours in Nørrebro City Center, hiking on Bispebjerg Bakker and joint excursion to the opening of the long-awaited city ring! We are both social people who love to invite people to everything from dinner, krea nights, quiznight and not least dance party. We hope the apartment can be full of life mixed with a good time ordinary oatmeal everyday. We do not expect you to give up your circle of friends, and we do not want to decide on your food budget, but we imagine eating together a couple of times a month :-) **** ABOUT US: Karoline (26) - newly qualified cand.mag . - She is currently roaming around in the unemployment benefit system, but spends a lot of time as a shop manager in a Red Cross recycling store and a women's group for young refugees. In addition, she is a music quiz connaisseur, has the black belt in Karate and DK's largest stock of party-decorations. Ursula (26) - reads a Bachelor of Political Science, does freaky photo art and has a small recycling shop at insta. She works in a sustainable clothing store and can be violent on a dance floor. She loves sugar pies and hates toothpaste (a daily fight). The desire to create something together arose already in 2011 when we went to Testrup Højskole together. Now we have found the perfect opportunity to create a common home, where we can hold a food club and series marathon with you. **** WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for two lovely people who really want to live in a community - and who move in with desire and not just in need. Roommates who engage in the community and take initiative and co-responsibility in the penthouse. In addition, we think that you are a tolerant and positive person who can see yourself living in a home where we know each other. **** ABOUT THE HOUSE: The apartment is 10 years old. It is 113m2 in 4 rooms and a large kitchen / living room - with two balconies! The apartment is on a high 5th floor (just calm, there is lift), and has wonderful views of the city. Furthermore, there is a nice new kitchen, floor heating in the bathroom, dishwasher and washing machine ++ large bright windows :-) The rooms: * It is room 1 and room 2, marked on the floor plan which is rented out! Room 1 is approx. 8m2 - it overlooks the courtyard and has a single built-in closet. Monthly rent (incl. Water, heating, electricity and internet): 4243.50, - Occupancy price (covers 3 month deposit, 3 * prepaid rent + rent from 15 / 4-30 / 4): 27,582.75, - Room 2 is approx. 11m2 - also has a view of the courtyard and has a single built-in closet Rent (incl. Water, heating, electricity and internet): 4443.50, - Occupancy price (covers 3 months deposit, 3 * prepaid rent + rent from 15/4 -30/4): 28,882.75, - *** PRACTICAL: We take over the apartment 15 / 4-2019. We can therefore not show it - so you have to keep the tension until we move in (see pictures in comments).
