Collective at Teglholmen
Hi! We are looking for a third roommate for our small collective on the brick wall. The apartment is a 4 room apartment. of 101 sqm with a large open kitchen with dishwasher and living room with balcony for sharing. In addition, there is a large bathroom with washer and dryer. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, internet, common NETFLIX, common TV2 play and a monthly fee for common things, such as toilet paper and hand soap. The room for rent is the smallest in the apartment, so we are looking for someone who will appreciate the community in the common room rather than one who would rather sit alone in the room. Since it is the smallest room, space is set aside for a closet or other outside the room that the tenant himself decides on. In addition, there is also room for us to make the living room common, thus also with the tenant's things and cases. The rental period can be extended. You will live with Lars and Cathrine. Lars is 30 and works at a care center for daily use. He bakes many cakes, which the collective should be happy about. Lars is the girlfriend of Claus who also lives in the neighborhood, so there is good opportunity for girl cosiness when Lars is out! Cathrine is 24 and has a creative studio in bredgade which she works for as a daily art director. During the weekends she works part-time at a wine bar, which the collective will probably also benefit from. Cathrine is a girlfriend with Mikkel, plays ukulele and keeps fish and plants.
