Collective in Gram looking for couples / single
New Babysitter Searched! Hi every one. We are a cozy collective in Stilling, where there are currently 8 people. Unfortunately, two of our members move out, so we have a room available from December 1st. Therefore, we are looking for one to two new people, however, a couple would be preferable as it is only a room in question. The two of the moves were a girlfriend. We live in a large house of approx. 316 m2. All residents have their own room, in addition there is a kitchen, three toilets, two times, a dining room and a TV room. We have a large garden, a balcony and an annexe, all over the rooms where people live is seen as common areas. And then we live close to a bathing lake and a forest. ABOUT US: We live 3 boys and 3 girls together and are aged 19-23 years (so we are looking for someone within the same age group). We are a very artistic group of people, but it is of course not a requirement that you / you should be the same. We are a really cozy collective and have fun at dinner when we play games or during the film magazines. WHAT DOES WE EXPECT FROM YOU / YES: We do not care about gender, sexuality and religion and we expect you to be the same. We expect you / you are socially educated people who are healthy to join the community. You should be ready to pull your part of the load in relation to cleaning, cooking, etc. We are changed to cook and each occupant has a fixed cleaning area. We want a resident who can stay here for a long time - meaning you have to be prepared to live in a position, which is approx. 20 km from Århus and 6 km from Skanderborg. There is a bus stop one block from the property, which can take you to Skanderborg / Aarhus or further out in the world. PRACTICAL INFO: The room we rent is approx. 26 m2 including closet, and located on the first floor. The room consists of a large room divided into two smaller rooms (see picture) and therefore it is suitable for two persons. If we are 8 residents, the total rent is 2500 kr. It is incl. rent, electricity, water, heating, internet and miscellaneous. In addition, there are 800 kr. In front of the communal food - which means that all your meals are covered, both breakfast, lunch package, dinner and so on. - The rent rises slightly, depending on how many we live here. In case of occupancy: If 2 are paid each: 9800 kr where of 5,000 SEK of them is prepaid rent (2x rent of 2500kr) and the last 4800kr is the deposit. By single occupancy, there are: 10400 kr. Of which 5600 of them are prepaid rent (2x rent of 2800kr) and the last 4800 are the deposit. We have a shared food account with accompanying card, where each resident transfers 800 kr.
