Dorm room rented!
This is a cooperative college located in Odense SE on arrival from the motorway. The cooperative college is called Glanshatten and differentiates itself in several ways from a standard collegue you otherwise know. It is also Odense's fourth largest college. Renovated kitchen and new doors have been renovated in the last month. Likewise, we ourselves have spent on freshly painted hallways and furniture. In other words, it must NOT be paid for the new investments and projects added to our residence. In other words, it's a perfect time to move in. The rent is NOK 2267, - incl. water, heating, electricity and internet. Which is exceptionally cheap considering everything. The deposit is about NOK 11,000. As mentioned, Glanshatten is not the typical dormitory. The residence is indoors shaped like a horseshoe. There are a total of 2 times, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 4 rooms. You will therefore move into your own room with 13 square meters. It doesn't sound like much, but a good decor can do wonders. It is also about the size of an average bedroom that you already know about. You have free rein to do what you want with your room - for example, put new floor or paint. There is also a view of a large outdoor area consisting of benches and a newly built terrace with the possibility of various things. Furthermore, there is a laundry basement available and also Friday bar every week. Geographically, there are many things to look at. Good parking. 2 large bicycle sheds with built-in carport. 5 minutes walking distance to Netto and pizzaria. 5-10 minutes drive to SDU. And certainly not more than 5 min. drive to the Rosengårdcenter. If you have a car, the center will not be far away. Sebastian (20 years) and John (19 years) moved in 2 months ago and are therefore quite new. Nanna (25 years) has lived here for 8 months approx. John will be studying Business Economics Marketing Brand & Management at SDU this summer. Nanna is doing her bachelor's degree in History at SDU. I personally have to read Jura at SDU myself this summer. We are very social and outgoing all 3, but at the same time we also respect a closed door. There is therefore room for everything. We are all 3 very active, which means that either strength training or social events are important.
