It is a 1½ bedroom apartment of 42 m2, with its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The rent is 3875, including consumption (water / heating, electricity, internet) and housing support. The room is located on the ground floor and is furnished furnished, with bed, sofa, TV, table and dishwasher.
