WOMAN RENTS APPLY FROM 1/5 TO A ROOM ON FREDERIKSBERG
We are two girls who have been lucky enough to get hold of an apartment on Christian Wærums Gade in Frederiksbjerg from 1/5. It is a 4 bedroom apartment and we are therefore missing our 3rd roomie. We are moving all 3 in on 1/5, so it is completely unfurnished now. It gives you the opportunity to put your personal touch on the apartment. The apartment: The apartment is 114 sqm in total and is divided into 3 good rooms, a large living room, a fine kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. It is located on the 3rd floor so there is a good view, no windows or noise from the street and plenty of exercise for the legs. In addition, there is a courtyard and a lovely patio for free use. There is also the possibility of drying clothes and parking bikes behind locked patio doors. The entire hallway is keyless and there are codes on the front doors, backyard gate, etc. There is all appliances with dishwasher in the kitchen and bathroom with towel dryer and a combined washer / dryer. The apartment is with high ceilings and modernized in the old style, which is especially seen by beautiful moldings and ceilings. Practical: The room is 20.5 sqm with nice stucco and rounded bay window. The rent is at 5100 kr incl water. In addition there is 200 kr a / c heat and then electricity and internet. We do not know electricity and internet yet, as we also first move in on 1/5, so we find out together. The room is the videos and the first two pictures. The rest are common areas. When moving in, a deposit of 16,300 must be paid. About Us Michelle is a 24-year-old girl who has both legs firmly planted on the ground. She is currently attending Vejle Sports College, where she fully enjoys everyday life. She is a machine in terms of training, and goes into it a lot. But on Friday, her favorite activity is board games, movie theater or something. Anyway - as long as there are even sweets involved, the evening is perfect. When she comes to Aarhus she intends to look for work and hardly a Sabbath year anymore. Maja, who will soon turn 23, is a fun foe with a big F. She has lots of good thoughts with training, but is not quite as good at motivating herself as Michelle. Her dish is all the contents of pasta, cheese or just chips, which can also easily go for a meal. She is incredibly social and always ready for everything in terms of fun and spontaneous city tours. Everyday she works in Åbyhøj in a nursery, which she is really happy about. As I said, both of our plans are to have a Sabbath year more with full time work. Therefore, we will not be able to apply for housing support until next summer, where we will start studying. Michelle goes into sports and Maja goes to the police. A little about you: We are looking for a roomie who, like us, appreciates being part of a community where there is room for talking and having fun with movies, food, alcohol and all such spas. It is important to feel comfortable and at home, but at the same time respect a closed door. You should be able to keep a home neat and clean, but it is a common task. You may want to be a peer - this is not a requirement, however, as long as you are sweet, outgoing and good company.
