I am looking for a roommate an unfurnished room
I am looking for a tenant for my extra unfurnished room in my apartment in Høje Taastrup. The room is 10 square meters and the apartment is 85 square meters (balcony included) The rent will be 5150 kr incl aconto and internet. The deposit will be a month's rent and a deposit of 12,000 so DKK 17,150 in total. The apartment is located about 500 m away from high Taastrup station and is therefore perfect for students or workers in both Copenhagen (15 min m regional train) and Roskilde (10 min m regional train). The apartment is also 2 minutes from city 2 and there are therefore plenty of shopping opportunities and green island areas that are about 10 minutes away. A little about me: I am 24 years old and work full time full time. I live with my cat Cleo who is 6 months old and very social. I am also currently studying mathematics and therefore spend a lot of evenings on it. I plan to start studying next summer and am therefore looking for a landlord who can respect a busy and quiet everyday life. I myself am outgoing and happy but really appreciate being able to relax after a long day of work. A little about you: You are at least 22 and have a stable economy.
