Hello! Pr. 1 / 3-2018 I have an available room in a completely renovated 2-room apartment on Trøjborgvej 78 in Århus N, right next to Uniparken and 1km to Århus C. The apartment is shared with the undersigned. As a rule, the rent is unlimited, but if you just need a place to stay for July or August, then we can also find out something. The whole apartment is 70 sqm, with brand new bathroom and kitchen with new appliances (dishwasher !!) and a small balcony facing the courtyard. Your room, which is seen in the pictures, is around 13m2, closer to the target will soon come. From the room there is access to a shared balcony through your window. The pictures in the notice are from the residence portal and are from the apartment on the 4th floor, where ours is on the 2nd floor, so the view is barely so fat, unfortunately. But otherwise the apartment is identical to that in the picture. The rent: 3950kr + 400 kr aconto, and this is OUTDOOR electricity, internet and housing support. A little about me: I'm 22 years old and have a birthday shortly after you move in. I am studying history at Aarhus University on the 2nd semester. I'm really happy to cook and see shows, and generally I'm just calm and fun and totally sweet. What I hope for you as a roomie is that we can get it really cozy (to speak well in Danish) by living together. I hope that it may be possible to eat together again and again and maybe see some stupid Netflix or get a beer together. I'm not very picky, so if you're a man, woman, smoker, non-smoker, tall, low - it does not matter, just you're sweet and nice and can figure out to keep the apartment pretty clean.
