The most widespread language family in the world is Indo-European. Many European languages, as well as part of the Asian languages belong to this language family. The only European languages that do not belong to this subgroup is Finnish, Hungarian, Basque and Turkish.
The MSc in Indo-European expand your linguistic overview and become more familiar with the main Indo-European languages. Over the two years, you also get a thorough introduction to scientific methods and theories to solve complex linguistic issues.
The purpose of education is to provide students with a comprehensive view of the Indo-European language, history, kinship and the main problems.
When you get a thorough knowledge of languages trunk of the many different languages in almost all of Europe and much of Asia, it opens opportunities for you to work with many different jobs.
