Cozy room at the market square / nørreport
Hi! I am looking for a tenant for a cozy room just off Torvehallerne and Nørreport, and close to everything Inner City has to offer! The price is incl. water, heat, electricity, internet, home insurance and licensing. Deposit is 2 months deposit + 1 month prepaid rent. The room is rented as a starting point for a year, but with the possibility of extension. About the room: The room is about 12 sqm (internal dimensions) and is both cozy and spacious! There is nice space for both bed, closet / dresser, desk and whatever else you just want to have in there. The rest of the apartment includes a bathroom, a hallway and a dining kitchen, all of which we share, of course (and then my room, of course). The bathroom is huge by Copenhagen standards, with separate shower and plenty of storage space which we of course share. The kitchen is fully equipped with both washing machine and dishwasher. I think we distribute the shelves in the fridge between us, and although there is all the service / bowls / pots / pans you might need, we can also easily make space if you have something yourself. Unfortunately, this is not the wild walking environment as this is just used for bicycle parking. Fortunately, the Torvehallerne is just opposite the entrance, just as the King's Garden, Botanical Garden, Ørstedsparken and the lakes are a (very) short walk from here - so there is plenty of opportunity for some outdoor fun if you have the courage to move away from the apartment. A little about me: I am 25 years old, studying for daily biochemistry at KU. I am working on my thesis, which so far occupies a large part of my time. When I have time to leave the lab, I love to enjoy a glass of wine / a beer / a cup of coffee, or take walks around the lakes. I mainly use the apartment for relaxation, but guests also come by once in a while. I would enjoy having a roommate you could cuddle with (I cuddle some) with e.g. a bottle of wine or a small apartment series, or maybe just a game of dinner every now and then. However, I also enjoy solitude, which is why there is always room for a closed door! If this sounds like something to you, then finally write! Then we can meet for a cup of coffee and a chat :)
