Cozy room rented with own balcony
Hi! The room is between 15-20 m2, there is both room for the sofa area and the beds area. Toilet / bath and kitchen shared with landlord. The rent is 4000 SEK including everything. (Internet, electricity, license, 2 times wash per week) Toiletries are also included in the price. Deposit is one month's rent. It is close to Amagerbro St and it takes only 5 minutes by metro from there to the inner city. Bus 5C, 350S, 2A also goes within short walking distance. We are looking for a new tenant who will take over the room already from 15/16 December. The rental period is until March 1st. The couch, the television chest of drawers and the rack will be left in the room, everything else takes our current tenant. It is in an apartment complex and therefore there is a little listen, but I would think there are everywhere. We prefer that you are between 20-25 years, working or studying.
