Group homes with room for seriousness and spas looking for new young tenants to lease vacant - your room is about 12 sqm. The house is 160 sqm with private parking for both car and bicycle. Here is plenty of fresh air and close to the woods and water. We have a lovely garden and a large terrace with space for a cozy barbecue, sunbathing, herb garden mm. The whole thing should be shared with three other roommates about 100 sqm communal areas - one guy and two girls. With us it is not "just" a room you rent, but a "home" where you get 25% vote. Here are nice hits and orderly - we have washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, internet, etc. - possibly. you have something interesting to contribute?
