I rent a room in my apartment on Amagerbro! The room is approx. 16 m2 large, with plank floors, white walls and stucco in the attic. The room has a large window and has a door towards the entrance hall, which is relatively private in relation to the rest of the apartment. The apartment is a Copenhagen apartment of 90 m2. I live even in the other two rooms. Otherwise you will find the apartment, large kitchen / family room, good size bathroom with washer / dryer. In the building there is a cozy farm with space for bikes and barbecue in the summer. (Note that the pictures of the room are outside the furniture and are of a little older date, I take a new picture asap) The apartment is on Amagerbro, 2-3 min by bike to KUA and 15 min to the town square. In the apartment there is also a cat of 1.5 years - it is an absolute must that my new roomie is a cat dog: D The price for the room is 4800 kr per person. month incl. expenses (eg internet) Payment is due for 2 months, and there is 2 months notice. The room is currently furnished, but can be rented unfurnished as well. Max. Renting the room is 2 years - I prefer a roomie that rents for as long as possible. I do not rent to couples or friends. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and it is not possible to have your own pets. I am very quiet and peaceful, but always fresh on a glass of wine or a coffee. I work as a social media manager for a drawing room and I am a bit of a nerd and love heavy metal, film and literature. In my spare time I make illustrations and podcasts. My flat is 90m2 large and consists of three bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, a big bathroom with washer / dryer and a hallway with room for shoes and coats. The room connects to the entrance hallway and is relatively privately located in the flat. There is a large open courtyard with room for bikes and a nice bbq in the summer. The flat is located app 2 - 3 mins bike ride from Copenhagen University or 15 mins from the city center. (Please note the pics of the rooms are unfurnished and a little dated, I will take new pics asap) I live in the flat with my cat - it's an absolute must that my new room is friendly with animals! The rent is 4800 DKK per month, incl. utilities (excl. wifi) there are to be paid a 2 month deposit and the cancellation period is 2 months as well.
